I always wear a helmet for ski-ing even though I'm extremely cautious - keeping to low speeds, etc.

Having sustained a brain injury in a bizarre, and minor, accident in my home a little over seven years ago (and still having to live with the consequences), I'm not willing to take the risk of further damage to my head!
