Is it true that everyone in Switzerland has to take a 2-week holiday at one stage? It doesn't say that in my contract, but I have heard that this is the case.

Swiss law states that, given a employee has sufficient holiday days in reserve, an employer cannot refuse that they take this in up to 2 weeks at a time. (ie. the employer cannot force holidays to be taken in 1 weeks segments).
