Sorry if I gave the wrong impression. I've flown with easyJet, alone and with my family more times than I can remember and it's always been a positive experience on the ground and in the sky. The staff are indeed very helpful and friendly especially when you have young children (Lufthansa didn't even give us a seatbelt attachment for our baby, they just said "if we have any turbulence, just hold on to her tight!"). I also like the choice on the refreshment trolley .

It's just the sales and booking aspect that irritates me for the reasons already explained. I'm sure it's only been like this since they went public...
