I did the theory test in German.
I saw the test in English, but found it wasn't so accurately translated and could lead to misunderstanding the questions and so.
But of course, if you speak no German/French/Italian, then you have no other options. Just watch out for "language pitfalls".

The actual driving test itself is no problem if you can speak basic German.
The worst thing is the instructor you get on the day.
