To the best of my knowledge apart from very minimal (<1 year I think) contributions pillar 1 contributions cannot be recovered. Either you will be eligible for a Swiss deferred pension based on the amounts contributed, or if you country has a reciprocal agreement (eg with EU countries) you will get credit towards your home country state pension.
