It will be basically a 60-75 minute training session with basic warm up, 30' running, crunches, jumping rope, stretching and the rest will be 1 to 1 sparring
and/or fighting techniques.
If you are absolute beginners I could teach you gradually to use all the " weapons of Muhai Thai" fists, elbows, knees, shins, feet and head. | |
