| If you come out of the French side of the airport, there is a bus which takes you to the station in St-Louis for 1 euro. You come out of the station and turn right, at the end of the road you also turn right and the Geant Casino (supermarket) is just under the bridge on the right.

And from there, it isn't difficult to get a bus into Basel, either. (sorry, can't tell you which one to take though, it has been years and years since I took a bus to Geant)
