Bill O'Connor is a wheel builder, specialised in building downhill and cross country wheels for bicycles, he trained here in Switzerland, he is trying to drum up some business working freelance. I can really recommend him, he is very friendly and has a massive knowledge about bicycles, he is also really helpful with buying bikes and has lots of advice for people who want to start biking seriously. He speaks English.
