If I may, I'd like to give a personal recommendation for P.C Advisor.

My niece is over here and was looking for a second hand laptop, but explicitly with an English OS/ keyboard.

I sent P.C. a message on the Friday, we exchanged several e-mails to determine what I was wanting over the weekend and on the Tuesday, the laptop I ordered arrived, with great packing,,, that took a while to get into actually everything else was easy.
