Do Speeding Fines Cause Problems during the Renewal of B Type Visa ???

Hi everyone,

I am a non-EU citizen and this is my first year that I live and work in Zurich. Currently, I have one year B-type Visa. Recently I got speeding fine of 250 CHF since I drove with a speed of 64 km/h througout the 50 km/h area and already paid the fine.

What I wonder is, does this speeding fine create a major problem during the renewal of my B-type visa at the end of my first year here in switzerland?

I found the below regulation for non-EU citizens and it states that:
"Once the B-permit has been granted, it is normally renewed every year unless there are reasons against a renewal, such as criminal offences, or dependence on social security."

I want to learn whether speeding fines are in the context of "criminal offences" or not? I know normally it shouldn't but here is Switzerland

I would appreciate if you share your knowledge and experiences in particular to the non-EU citizens? (Experiences of non-EU citizens are more than welcome...)

Ciao,
