Great thanks so much.

Would you be able to give us any tips or pointers? Such as,

How long does the hiring process normally take? Is the market fairly tight or should we be able to find someone suitable within a few weeks?

Do the agencies pass on a pile of upfront fees aswell (e.g. visa costs) or are these rolled into their ongoing commission?

Thanks
You pay nothing for visa etc. The great advantage of perfectway is the quality of the people they employ. They are all trained and qualified either as child nurses or child carers ie kindergarten girls. You can expect to get someone in a month or so and the women who runs the service is Swedish and speaks English. Generally the people she employs are from Germany but also from other European countries too - hence no visa but the permit is partially your doing as you need to get the Gemeinde to issue it - but she handles it for you - you need to sign the form.

Also you have a more or less money back guarantee ie if you have a problem she will give you another one. She also encourages trial of a day or two to see how you all get on. The people she has are live in only - don't know if that is a problem for you.

I also know personally plenty who have used her services and are happy.
