Yes that is just my point. The issuing embassy can tell you that you must dye your hair green but where is it in the Schengen agreement - I further fail to see the logic of having two(3 is we count an A) situations described where one is the first country of entry and the second is the country in which you will be staying. The first is then acting as a transit country and this is covered with a Schengen B and I assume we are talking here of a Schengen C visa.
Where a problem might arise although I do not see how is that although there is no control within the Schengen area there is control at the point of Schengen entry.
