I am new in this forum. I registered myself because i have a very specific question and i need all possible help.
I have been in CH the last 1 1/2 year. I have EU passoport. I have created my own GmbH in Zug and i am using it to invoice my customers. I am working in the IT sector and my projects might be in Switzerland or all over Europe without specific duration.
I want to save myself the need to hire separately a law firm, an accounting firm and a trust company to solve my legal, tax, accounting and banking issues. I am looking to hire ONE person and be capable to provide me with the services of all these three categories of professionals in an integrated and cost-efficient manner. I don't want to go to the ''Big Five'' firms because i just don't trust them. They have out of the box solutions and i am looking for a customized one. I want to have a personal contact with this specialist that i am looking. Specifically, this person needs to speak English, leave in the german part of Switzerland (Thurgau)to be certified Accountant, to have knowledge on International Accounting and Tax legislation and to know the Swiss legal system. Nice to have would be knowledge in banking and insurances. I know i am looking for a Guru, yes, but i want to have an overall conversaton with him/her and expalin my current situation and my future plans.
