I put tin foil on the bottom, mostly ignore the sides and use this to clean the inside of the glass door:



Marvellous, marvellous stuff; contains oxysalic acid or somesuch from rhubard leaves and no anti-pregnancy bleach stuff. Not sure where you can get it over here, though, sorry - I'm still using up my UK stash.

I can't use oven cleaners too because of susceptibility to asthma from the fumes. But this regime keeps it clean enough until hubby nukes it a couple of times a year
