From the horses mouth: They got it done by the same company who were helping them move. For 2.5 room apartment they paid 1300CHF for moving things (including a very big and complex rolling doors wardrobe/Schrank) and another 700CHF for cleaning the apartment along with guarantee. These are just few numbers to ponder on. Hope this helps.

Lets hope someone can give us a quote on how much to pay for a 3.5 room apartment. Also does the moving cost depending on the distance that you are moving, I mean surely distance that you are moving has to do with the prices that are quoted.
