AECS in Horgen - Credit Suisse's credit card business - somebody work there?

Most major credit cards are issued by AECS in Switzerland. It's a branch of Credit Suisse, in Horgen ZH.

I have a problem with them that I don't know how to resolve.

My applications for various credit card applications bounce back all the time. About 2 years ago I tried to get an AMEX. --> NOPE, thank you.
Last year when Coop launched the "free" Mastercard and mailed me the ready-to-sign form I signed. ---> NOPE, thank you.
In both cases, rejection did not take longer than 2 days.

If they bounced my AMEX application I could say "oh..ok... I'm not a high roller enough for them." BUT THE COOP SUPERKARTE?!!
Old retired folks with no money can get it ... but I can't!

I have two regular Visa cards from Cornerbank and Viseca, always pay full-in. and never any problems with my credit.

The only thing I could think of is when I came to CH, 6 years ago, I needed a car and asked for a cash loan from Credit Suisse.
After like one week of being here ...or so..
They DID reject that (having matured since, I think I would've rejected it too)

I'm on my 4th car lease now and not a single late payment. My records should look clean.

I'd like to chuck my current credit cards and get just one AMEX (no, not the Centurion )
AECS is the ONLY company for AMEX in CH.

Any suggestions from yous guys?!
Like
-call customer care and just ask "wtf is wrong with my record?"
-etc...?

Could really use some insider tipps now.

thanks
Greg
