For 19 francs a year you can subscribe to KIDY which is a Swiss Family magazine that comes out 4 times a year. You can order it in either French or German and it has lots of articles and info on things related to family life here in CH. Write to: info@kidy.ch for subscription info.
"Le Mini Club" is French language playgroup which meets Monday afternoons from 3:30-5:30 in Zurich in the Gemeindshafzentrum in Buggenplatz.

Francoise Muret runs a small French language playgroup in Au (ZH), the next level up which is in Horgen.
Day: Thursday

Cours FLAM (Francais Langue Maternelle) - they run courses in French 2 hours a week for children in the Zurich school system who at least understand French.
For KG and first grade, it is all oral; starting in second grade they learn to read & write in French. This year the classes are in Horgen, Meilen, Wallisellen, Winterthur, Zollikon, and Zurich (Ilgen, Stadelhofen, Weinberg). The price for the year is 1050 franks for 1 child, 1995 for 2, 2914 for 3. 10 years ago by two moms, one of them is still
managing and organizing the groups.
For the time being, we have 3 groups (Monday
afternoon, Wednesday morning and Friday afternoon),
and about 35 kids enrolled. The playgroup is open to
French speaking children (Les Petits Lutins is not a
place to learn French, but an opportunity for children
who speak French to meet with others), from 2 to 5
years old (also on diaper !). We are four French moms
to run the playgroup, and we are always two with 8 to
12 kids. Our activities are: crafts, games, story
time, songs, and we also let the kids play together in
our nice play facility in Winterthur.

We are looking for new little imps who would like to
join us for next school year!
WINTERTHUR * Association "Les Amis des Petits Lutins" has just
been founded after the big success of a puppet show
the playgroup organized last year to celebrate its
10th anniversary. We then became aware of a need among
the French speakers from the Winterthur region for
family activities in French. We have many ideas, we
have a lot of projects, and we aim to adapt our
activities to the needs or wishes of our members. For
the time being, we have two activities that have
started:
- a mum-and-baby group to let moms (or dads!) have an
opportunity to share experiences in their native
language; this group meets once a month.
- a storytelling and snack & yack, once a month: we
tell a story with puppet or shadow theater (during
about 20 minutes, so it is not suited for younger than
3 who can't remain quiet that long...); the parents
stay with the kids during the story, and we have a
snack afterward: the children can play and the parents
