It is also nice to register for your frequent flier membership card e.g. Miles and More or Flying Blue and you score the points for flying which can give you discount later on
I won't use ebookers ever again. Even if you choose their cancellation insurance, (presumably) anything short of a death certificate won't allow you to get a refund in case you can't travel. If you do use ebookers, be absolutely positive, without the merest shadow of a doubt that you will be traveling on the day you are booking, no ifs, no buts, because you cannot change squat afterwards. Here speaks a man who has blown more than a few piles of cash in the past few months. I'm not blaming anyone here, just words of advice after business meetings get moved around etc. We live in a fluid world, ebookers don't, their policy is set in fast-drying concrete with extra steel reinforcement.
