Thanks for the information! Does it have to be a French medical provider for the French races? My ex-father-in-law is a German medical doctor so that would be an easy answer.
Funny. I would not consider any of the ultra races as being particularly hard on the heart...maybe the feet and joints (lol!)...but the greater risk is to chemically unbalance yourself thru bad nutrition or hydration. In contrast, the short, fast races would cause me heart failure!
