For south Indian style curry both Bangda, Silver Pomfret go very good. I would say these are better available at south Indians shops - SKT and Perinpam this is on the parallel lane of SKT, this might help .
I prefer Prawns in south Indian style and Barkat has different options for prawns, I could certainly recommend Prawns from Barkat.
