Outstanding - I've been looking for somewhere to put in a "home gym" for ages, have wasted so much cash on crap sauna gyms since I got here. If you fancy a training buddy give me a shout

Especially if you have a power rack, I'd crawl over broken glass to be able to do a proper set of OHP / Hang Cleans / Push Press etc...

edit -p.s I train for hurling / gaelic football at Saalsporthalle twice a week, if you fancy a decent cardio / upper body workout on a Thursday or Sunday for an hour or two, head down...also I'm in training for the Greifenseelauf half marathon, not out to break any records but if you fancy a running buddy could be up for that as well.
Well i'll tell ya what i'll keep than in mind, cheers terry.

I'd have set one up here as well but there is no possible way I would be able to perform any serious deadlifting renting a room in an old flat on the 4th floor.

Anyhow, enjoy it!
Hah that's why i'm glad I got th ground floor... I could drop an elephant and just about get away with it.

Been thinking of trying to find a few firm mats too just to further deaden anything dropped.
