Why don't consider renting one of those cabins from a town (comune) nearby Zurich? Don't know the prices in that part of the world, but around Lausanne where we live they cost around 150CHF. 150 CHF = 15 people. Very close to zero price. If you would like to do it nearby Lausanne, I would even volunteer to book it and pay for it in advance :-)
