Could anyone read my apartment rental contract and tell me few details about it? i just want to make sure... it's of course in german, and i'm not 100% sure about some details. (my german is still weak...)

i will send you a scan of it + some info from the owner in german if you volunteer. i just need some basic stuff, not the whole contract translated of course.
