| Hi all, I'm non-EU and I've received the federal-level work acceptation from Bern. I do not have my entry visa yet. I will submit that paperwork to my local Swiss consulate soon. At the moment, I'm here in CH as a tourist.
Should I fill out the cantonal Rapport D'arrivée now or only after I've re-entered the country with my visa in-hand? My HR department thinks it should be done now, but based on the questions on the form and what others have said, I should wait. Thoughts?

If you are non-EU, you have to pick up your Visa outside the country. Ex.
I picked mine up in Stuttgart. Your employer should arrange this for you.
After you pick up your Visa, you can register with the local community.
