Hiya, this is my first post on the forums after searching about triathlon training. Do the running club allow people of all ages? I'm 17 yrs old, I'd probably class myself in your intermediate group but I would love to get into the faster group. My aim is to do a few triathlons in England next year so would be nice to have some people to do running and cycling training with between the time. You all seem like very nice people and would love to be able to join you so I can get fitter and do a couple of triathlons next summer.
Hi Ollie

Come and run this Thursday, the age is not a problem I wont make you run any extra hills for been young, although I remember been young once
There is a good mixed age group and a very freindly enviroment to train in, as well as we have some tri atheletes and mountain runners in the faster groups, who you can pick up lots of tips from.

Also from the 31st we have 2 sessions a week, so the Mondays we might mix up some speed and hill sessions as well as fartlek (Sweedish word for speed play) and technique sessions.
