There is a nice place on the lake at Biel/Bienne (Bieler See). I think it is near La Neuveville which is at the Neuchatel end of the lake. We saw it the other week and looks great. There is also a spot on Lake Neuchatel but I am not sure of the area, might be St Blaise but close to Neuchatel. I am sure Google can tell you.
