not sure about the swiss thing. but at teh moment you pay a percent and your employer pays a percent .1.75 think. to receive the minimum salary when you retire you must pay your contribution aswel as the employer i think the minimum is 6000 sfr a year not sure. and you will have to pay everyyear till retirment if you miss a few years you may forfit the monthly benifts when you retire. call the ahv buro and ask
