Hello everybody.

I am actually renting a house owned by my ex boss. He wish to kick me out, but as I have the law on my side he cannot though (long story).

But anyway, he recently sent a construction company here without notice, to take some measurement and put some marking in my field, which seems to be in position now for a new big building project.

My question is: It's legal for the landlord to do this, and then start working on the property I am renting, without my agreed nor telling me anything ? For now there's just the wooden markings there, but I'm afraid to see the bulldozers coming soon though.

If you have any idea about how legal this is, or even have some law article I can use against this, please let me know.
