Pretty sure I'm the only Brit with a stall there, and certain there's no other Brutish cheese stall. Say hello next time and ask for the Shropshire Blue. If the Stilton was nice you will love the Shropshire.

Sorry for those of you came late yesterday, I rather misjudged demand and sold out of all 3 cheddars before 7. Must do better next time
