Can you access statements online with the Jelmoli card? (Or with the SBB Halbtax card by Jelmoli, if anyone reading has that one by any chance?)

And can you use the chip on the card to pay with your pincode at Migros or Coop? I am asking because not all chipped cards have this facility. UBS cards still require a signature at those stores.
