(Getting back on track... kinda...)

Sanju, is the recipe you're wanting to make anything like this?

If it is similar but not exactly the same... could you share the recipe maybe?

Meanwhile, I did get a grater myself at Ikea, it makes pretty fine shreddings (not sure what to call the end product really ) that work nicely for a smooth carrot cake. The grater was included in a package of "starter" kitchen things, also included were some basic pots of various sizes, a frying pan, a simple peeler (I wound up buying an additional one elsewhere though) and some kitchen utensils... I mention this to point out that as it was included in a package of items, the grater alone can not be terribly expensive.
Hey Peg, how much did u pay for the starter set?
Thanks!
