Sanju, is the recipe you're wanting to make anything like this?
If it is similar but not exactly the same... could you share the recipe maybe?
Meanwhile, I did get a grater myself at Ikea, it makes pretty fine shreddings (not sure what to call the end product really  ) that work nicely for a smooth carrot cake. The grater was included in a package of "starter" kitchen things, also included were some basic pots of various sizes, a frying pan, a simple peeler (I wound up buying an additional one elsewhere though) and some kitchen utensils... I mention this to point out that as it was included in a package of items, the grater alone can not be terribly expensive. | |
