Great info on some nice-sounding routes, but for road riding I would recommend the 1:100,000 scale maps. SwissTopo do a good series of them (the pink ones). The 1:60,000 series of cycling-specific maps I find are only necessary for mountain biking.

Anyway, have fun, it's a beautiful country to ride in.
