Dear All, We are moving out of our lovely 5 room apartment in kries 7 and are looking for someone to take over by end of this month. As you can see from the pictures that it is a beautiful renovated but old fahsioned/styled apartment. It is a fantastic deal in terms of location, size and price. The locality is quite ideal for ex-pats because one can hear a lot of families speaking english in and around here. The apartment is located on the First floor of Neptunstrasse 47, 8032 Zurich. It is right behind no. 45 and has a small courtyard, hence is very quiet. It’s a charming old apartment that was renovated in April 2007. All the room floors are laminated, the bathroom has a tile flooring. There are two bath rooms in the apartment. There is a dishwasher and a separate Washing machine and Dryer (only for use by residents of this apartment). There is also private parking space(s)available at an extra charge. Cable TV and ISDN Internet connection from Swisscom can be made. A cellar and attic are also available.
The apartment is located very close to Kreuzplatz. It has excellent public transport connectivity - Trams 15, 11, 3 and 8, Bus 31, Train-Tram S18 and train station Stadelhofen are in close vicinity.
