Hi,

I have a friend from Australia coming to visit us at Christmas. A self-confessed foodie and very curious to discover chalet cuisine, I was hoping to give him a cooking lesson in Lausanne for Christmas.

But as his French is limited, the lesson would have to be in English. A number of chefs do this, but only if a group of anglophones would want to join the group.
