Hi, in fact, I had lots of troubles with a company. But I agree that It was a little bit complicated with a pregnancy case. However, the company was very unprofessional (or the agent). And they don't answered to my questions. I was very worried and anxious and had in fact financial problems. It was not really a happy time during a pregnancy... I think for simple bills, 14 days up to 30 days is the standard. Recently I just send a bill to my current insurer and I received the reimbursements within 19 days.
