Most clubs row all year, the only change is that starting times get pushed back so summer s usually a 7am start (yes I know tough if you're not a morning person). In winter (Novemberish onwards) most row from 8am onwards. Thats my experience anyway, others from other clubs might be able to chip in with their local club times.
