I've been bought across by my partners employer on his B permit. Does this permit allow for me to sell online? What would the tax implications be? If it grows into a reasonable sized business (ideally) would this cause issues with me being in the country?
Obviously I'd be starting out (very) small, but I've had a number of (qualified) people mention that they would to see grow into a larger brand and some have asked to stock it in their shops if I grow substantially.
Does my B permit status allow me to do this? | |

I am not knowledgeable on permits.
The tax aspect is straightforward. Your net business revenue is added to your husband's income and taxed at the marginal tax rate. You must also pay social security contributions.
