I've lived in France for a decade, and the only comments I ever heard from folks in the US were "may I come and visit?".
Evilshell lives in her own world filled with self-pity for the "burden" of US citizenship, but empty of the courage to renounce that citizenship.

Pardon me, but what exactly do you know about my world? Self pity? Hardly. Courage? This is not something one does lightly, it is only sensible that one would consider all options and aspects of such a major and irrevocable move.
