Get her back into pull-ups and everyone take a deep breath.. she is without a doubt going to get toilet trained completely but perhaps when there is less stress around her with the upcoming move.

You both do not need to feel stressed about toilet training on top of everything else.. calm the whole situation down and take your time.. continue to train her but in a more relaxed way and if she has an accident, she's got the pull-ups so everything's cool.
