Elmex isn't your average fluoride-enriched toothpaste, it's a very rich on fluoride preparate and the recommended usage is once a week.

Both German and Swiss kids normally don't take fluoride pills.

Edit: Forgot something important! Salt usually is fluoride enriched, it's declared on the packing.
