Samsung has been producing phones with an optical zoom for a while now.
Which is probably good if the rest of the camera's functionality is on a par (and the rest of the phone's features are up to scratch)

And what's with MP4? It's been around for years and yet so many media players are still not compatible which it renders the format moribund. | |

Yup the N95 had the same great camera... only thing it lacked was a xenon flash. I really loved the video quality... used it all the time for impromptu embarassing vids at family events. Looked great when played back on a large screen TV.
