| Here is one taking place in Andermatt on the 12th and 13th of December. I think that it is probably more for freeride skis but they probably will have some all mountain skis in their selection. The first day actually includes an avalanche course and the second day is the day to test out all the different skis available. You can sign up for one or both days. I know one of the guides for this and the shop "ArenaSport" also comes with a good recommendation. | |

I see its Rock & Powder doing the Avalanche course. I've done one of their courses in the past and gone on their guided powder days too. I'd second Patxi's recommendation.
