I've never ordered on-line from them, I usually go to the store in Zürich.

Kaiser Backform also makes some good spring form pans; you can find these at a Manor or Globus. Such as their La Forme Plus series:

I've not seen a sheet pan here. Odd, because one finds roulade type cakes here in every bakery. I cheated, and ordered from Williams-Sonoma in the US - check your oven size first, though!
