We are going to a test weekend in Zermatt in two weeks. I just quickly scanned the Zermatt website and I couldn't see the info there any more which could mean either it is sold out, or I just didn't look hard enough.
But I think most of the big resorts have them, so basically pick your resort and look online. I just googled ski test switzerland and the first link was to this one in Saas-Fee.
