Have a look at your nearest IKEA, we have been very happy (and creative) with their art supplies. They are cheaper, too. I had to take in the frock for our toddler, it was too big, but cheap and practical. She paints every day and is totally hooked on their brushes, paints, crayons and their stand up board (paper, chalk, whipe up white board).
