Hello,

I ordered some stuff from the US a month and a half ago. It should have already been here in CH two weeks ago. Does anyone know how the procedure with custom office goes? I mean, if something was inspected by the custom office, will they contact me with some bills or should I call some custom office and ask them if they have my packet?
