I think any devices can't be perfect. In particular the speaker is not a big deal, I don't intend to play some music loud in the public transports

Yes Windows Mobile su.cks but apparently the HTC overlayer is quite good (or not too bad), and this "should" be compatible with WMobile 7 (provided it is released in the next 6 months, and that its actually much better).

Im quite sure they'll be custom firmwares to install android anyway, if I see that the Motorolla Milestone has same CPU but turns on Android 2.0.

For the rest its new it will have a few BUGS and poor firmware, it has been the case with my Linksys Cisco Wrt610N wireless router, they took1 year to finally have decent firmwares. Buffalo new router has well had poor firmware, but in 1 year they have corrected nothing, thats why I dumped them forever. Let's see how HTC are reactive with it?!!

Anyway not the choice is:
Xperia 10 (not released)
Motorolla Milestone (not released)
Nokia N900 (not released)
HTC HD2 (released in week 48 in Swiss, released everywhere else)

so... Go HTC HD2
