Infact they had already recieved the UK visa for 6 months, and then they applied for the Schengen visa. Its a pity that the embassy even ignored the request clearly made on the application form

Since they travel on the 30th of Nov, I was wondering if I can apply for multiple-entry either here or in UK.

Could not find any relevant information in the Embassy website, and they dont seem to respond to any calls after 12pm.
The UK is not party to the Schengen acquis, so why would one
expect the UK to issue (or be able to issue) a "Schengen visa"?
