I also agree that the market in the Lac Leman area is seriously overheated at the moment. There's an interesting report from Credit Suisse where they say the Suisse market is looking stable, apart from in the Zurich and Lac Leman areas (from memory) where they are expecting falls - a few ski areas too I think.
