Re: long term sick leave during pregnancy

Minimum sickness compensation is defined in Cantonal law and usually depends on number of years employment with that employer. Unfamiliar with GE Law. May be 30 days at full salary.

Actual compensation depends on the insurance policy that the company purchased. Quite often it is 80% of normal salary after the legal entitlement ends. Read your employment contract or ask HR.
